To Confirm:

You may book online or call our reservation line, 606 663.. 3700. The balance due at booking is 1/2 of the total rental if longer than 30 days prior to arrival. If less than 30 days to arrival the amount due in the hill. If you pay by check we wilt hold the reservation 7 days and if check not received we will cancel.

Additional Charges:

Please read the lease agreement carefully. There is a booking fee, 4% state and local lodging fee and 6% Kentucky sales tax. We reserve the right to require a security deposit.

Final Balance:

Final balance must be made no later than thirty days prior to arrival. Rentals booked online will automatically be charged on the due date.

Cancellations:

In the event you must cancel your reservation, we ask that or to 60 days from arrival will be refunded all monies (less a $50 cancellation fee) Cancellations less than 60 day notice from arrival will forfeit 100% deposit if not re-rented. “No Shows will forfeit entire balance”.

Minimum rental:

There is a standard 2 night rental required and holidays, special dates and October may require a 3-4 night minimum stay. There will be no refunds for early departure.

Age Requirement:

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent one of our vaca­tion rental cabins.

Check-in:

Check-in is after 3:00 PM. You will pick up your key, wel­come packet and directions to your cabin at our office at 1231 Natural Bridge Road, Slade, KY. (NOTE: GPS will come up Ali mile short.)

Check-out:

Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM on your day of depar­ture.

Occupancy Limit:

The cabin rental property should not be used or occupied by more than the maximum allowable rnuriber of occupants. Some of our cabins have individual septic systems that are permitted by the Health Department for maximum occu­pancy. Natural Bridge Cabin Company strictly follows the County Health Department regulations. We take this seri­ously and ask that you abide by the maximum occupancy without exception. If necessary, please rent a second cabin to allow for all the members in your group.

Pets:

If you are renting one of our pet friendly cabins and choose to bring a pet, there is a pet fee and not all cabins allow mul­tiple pets. We do not allow cats in our cabins, only dogs are allowed. Any damage that may be caused by your pet during your stay will be charged to you. Bringing a pet to a cabin that is not designated as pet friendly is grounds for termina­tion of the rental agreement without a refund and result in immediate eviction. A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed. Pets are prohibited from sleeping on any furniture. They must sleep in a crate or on the floor.

Bring covering for the furniture if your pet will not stay off the furniture. Any signs of pets laying on the furniture will be an automatic $100 fee.

What to bring:

Each cabin is fully furnished and the kitchen comes stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Beds have sheets, mattress pads, bedspreads, blankets, and pillows. Towels, soap, dish soap, and paper products are an adequate supply for a 2-3 day stay.

Telephone and Wi-Fi:

Most cabins do not have telephones but cell service works in
most places. Check the individual cabin to see if it has Wi-Fi.

Repairs:

We cannot guarantee heat, A/A, plumbing appliances, hot tubs, or like equipment. NO REFUND will be made upon their failure; however, every effort will be made to make re­pairs as soon as possible to provide for your comfort. Please notify our office if you discover any item that needs the at­tention of our maintenance staff. Electrical outages and wa­ter outages are beyond our control. We reserve the right to correct any problems or move you to another cabin if a problem cannot be fixed. Fireplaces are not available for use from May 1 until October 1.

Cleaning:

Cleaning is included in your rental charge so you are not ex­pected to clean the house before you leave. We simply ask that you make sure all the trash is bagged and if possible tak­en to our office bins, that the dishes are washed or dishwash­er has been run and emptied and that you have cleared the house of your personal possessions.

Liability for Damages:

You are responsible for any damage to the cabin. We will ad­vise you and charge your credit card according to the dam­age cost. If you deny the credit card charge will take legal ac­tion.

Smoking:

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside all of our cab­ins. You may smoke on the deck areas but must dispose of the butts.

Accessibility:

Front wheel drive vehicles may be required in some areas. A 4-wheel drive vehicle may be required during the winter months in the event of inclement weather for specific cabins. There will be no refunds due to weather.
